Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All of our products are made to order, which means we craft each item just for you once your purchase is placed. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us before checkout to see if we can accommodate international shipping.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that carrier delays may occur during busy seasons or holidays. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, reach out to us at ebonykitchenhome@gmail.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can make it right.
